hmmm...well, since I am just starting this part now, I am going to tell you that I have a lot I want to put in here, so It might take a while to completely load once its completely done! LOL! So just hold the phone, kay? =) Thanks!
So far, what I know should be on here is a couple links to my favourite band's main sites..um...also, some lyrics (I wish I could put sub topics SO bad! ><) But I'll have to fit it all on to this small page, unless I make a whole nother page. So until then, be patient! :)

I knelt to pray but not for long,
I had too much to do.
I had to hurry and get to work
For bills would soon be due.
So I knelt and said a hurried prayer,
And jumped up off my knees.
My Christian duty was now done
My soul could rest at ease.
All day long I had no time
To spread a word of cheer.
No time to speak of Christ to friends,
They'd laugh at me I'd fear.
No time, no time, too much to do,
That was my constant cry,
No time to give to souls in need
But at last the time, the time to die.
I went before the Lord,
I came, I stood with downcast eyes.
For in his hands God held a book;
It was the book of life.
God looked into his book and said
"Your name I cannot find.
I once was going to write it down...
But never found the time"
Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John,
bless the bed that I lie on.
Before I lay me down to sleep,
I give my soul to Christ to keep.
Four corners to my bed,
four angels there aspread,
two to foot, and two to head,
and two to carry me when I'm dead.

the Lord made me by his right hand.
If any danger comes to me,
Sweet Jesus Christ, deliver me.

There once was a man who had nothing for his family to eat. He had an
old shotgun and three bullets. So, he decided that he would go out and
kill something for dinner.
As he went down the road, he saw a rabbit and he shot at the rabbit and
missed it. Then he saw a squirrel and fired a shot at the squirrel and
missed it. As he went further, he saw a wild turkey in the tree and he
had only one bullet, but a voice came to him and said "pray first, aim
high and stay focused."
However, at the same time, he saw deer which was a better kill. He
brought the gun down and aimed at the deer. But, then he saw a rattle
snake between his legs about to bite him, so he naturally brought the
gun down further to shoot the rattle snake.
Still, the voice said again to him, "I said 'pray, aim high and stay
focused." So, the man decided to listen to the voice. He prayed, then
aimed the gun high up in the tree and shot the wild turkey. The bullet
bounced off the turkey and killed the deer. The handle fell off the gun
and hit the snake in the head and killed it.
And, when the gun had gone off, it knocked him into a pond. When he
stood to look around, he had fish in all his pockets, a dead deer and a turkey to
eat.
The snake (Satan) was dead simply because the man listened to God.
***Bottom line:
Pray first before you do anything, aim and shoot high in your goals,
and stay focused on God. Pass this on in order that someone else might
be blessed. Never let others discourage you concerning your past. The
past is exactly that - " the past." Live every day one day at a time.
And remember that only God knows our future and that he will not put
you through any more than you can bear. Do not look to man for your
blessings but look to the Lord. He can open doors for you that only He
is able to do. Doors that you will not slip through but doors that only
He has prepared in advance for you
in your favor.
Wait, and be still, patient:
keep God first and everything else will follow. Now I sit me down in school
Where praying is against the rule
For this great nation under God
Finds mention of Him very odd.
If Scripture now the class recites,
It violates the Bill of Rights.
And anytime my head I bow
Becomes a Federal matter now.
Our hair can be purple, orange or green,
That's no offense; it's a freedom scene.
The law is specific, the law is precise.
Prayers spoken aloud are a serious vice.
For praying in a public hall
Might offend someone with no faith at all.
In silence alone we must meditate,
God's name is prohibited by the state.
We're allowed to cuss and dress like freaks,
And pierce our noses, tongues and cheeks.
They've outlawed guns, but FIRST the Bible.
To quote the Good Book makes me liable.
We can elect a pregnant Senior Queen,
And the 'unwed daddy,' our Senior King.
It's "inappropriate" to teach right from wrong,
We're taught that such "judgments" do not belong.
We can get our condoms and birth controls,
Study witchcraft, vampires and totem poles.
But the Ten Commandments are not allowed,
No word of God must reach this crowd.
It's scary here I must confess,
When chaos reigns the school's a mess.
So, Lord, this silent plea I make:
Should I be shot; My soul please take!
Amen And God populated the earth with broccoli and
cauliflower and spinach, green and yellow vegetables
of all kinds, so Man would live long and healthy
lives.
But Satan created McDonalds. And McDonalds brought
forth the 99-cent double cheeseburger. And McDonalds
said to Man, "You want fries with that?" And Man said,
"Supersize them." And Man gained pounds.
And God said, "Try my crispy fresh salad." But Satan
created ice cream. And man gained pounds.
And God said, "I have sent thee heart-healthy
vegetables and olive oil with which to cook them."
But Satan created chicken-fried steak so big it needs
its own platter. And Man gained pounds and his bad
cholesterol went through the roof.
And God brought forth running shoes and Man resolved
to lose those extra pounds. But Satan created cable TV
with remote control so Man would not have to toil to
change channels between ESPN and ESPN2. So Man watched
others exercise and Man gained pounds.
And God brought forth the potato, a vegetable
naturally low in fat and brimming with nutrition. But
Satan created deep- fat fried potatoes called potato
chips and sour cream dip. And Man clutched his remote
control and ate the potato chips swaddled in
cholesterol.
It tasted good but Man went into cardiac arrest. And
God sighed and created quadruple bypass surgery.
But Satan ran Alberta Health Care.
A patient asked his doctor, as he was preparing to leave the examination
room, "Doctor, I'm afraid to die. Tell me what lies on the other
side."
Very quietly the doctor said, "I don't know."
"You don't know? You, a Christian man, does not know what is on the
other side?" The doctor was holding the handle of the door. From the
other side came a sound of scratching and whining, and as he opened the door, a dog sprang into the room and leaped on him with an eager display of joy. Turning to the patient, the doctor said, "Did you notice my dog? He's
never been in this room before. He didn't know what was inside. He
knew nothing except that his master was here, and when the door opened he
sprang in without fear. I know little of what is on the other side of
death, but I know that my Master is there, and when the door opens, I
will pass through it with gladness, and with no fear."

I had on new clothes,
New sneaks on my feet.
I was there for class on time,
Went to the back and took my seat.
Yeah, I'm moving up, I'm already grown.
Soon I'll be graduating, And out on my own.
I talked to some of my friends,
We were all having fun. Said some things I shouldn't have said,
Did stuff I shouldn't have done.
I knew I was different. I felt God touch my heart,
I knew I should set a standard, But then I'd be set apart.
Walking to the bus, I was not looking for strength.
I heard the car tires screeching, But now it's too late.
I'm standing in this room, And I can see the heavenly gate.
Oh no I never prayed.
I thought I had time to get it straight.
An angel walked to me, He had a book in his hand.
I knew it was the Book of Life, When would this dream end?
I told him my name, And he began to look.
Then he looked at me sadly and said,
Your name is not in this book.
Angel, this is a dream, No, I can't be dead!
He closed the book and turned away,
He whispered - You cannot proceed ahead.
No...no this can't be real, Angel, you can't turn me away.
Let me talk to God, Maybe he'll let me stay.
He led me to the gate, Jesus came to me.
He did not let me in but said, Beloved what is your need?
Jesus, I cried, please, Don't cast me away from you.
Tears ran down his face as he said,
You knew what you needed to do.
Lord, please I'm young, I never thought I would die.
I thought I'd have plenty of time, Death caught me by surprise.
Lord, I went to church ,Please Jesus, I believe.
He said you would not accept me, My love you would not receive.
Lord, there were too many hypocrites, They weren't being true.
He took a step back and asked
"What does that have to do with you?"
Lord, my family claimed to be saved,
They weren't real. You know.
He said, I died for you, Now I have to go.
I fell to my knees crying to Him,
Lord, I planned to be real tomorrow.
I couldn't, make Him understand,
Then it hit me hard, I said, Lord, where will I go?
He looked into my eyes and said, My child you already know.
Please Jesus, I begged, The place is so hot.
It seemed to trouble and grieve him,
He whispered, DEPART FROM ME, I KNOW YOU NOT.
Lord, you're supposed to be love,
How can you send me to damnation?
He replied, With your mouth you said you loved me,
But each day you rejected my salvation.
With that in an instant, Day turned into night.
I never knew such torture could be,
Now too late, I know the Bible is right.
If I can tell you anything, Hell has no age.
It is a place of torture, Separated from God and full of rage.
You know, I thought it was funny-a joke,
But this one thing is true. If you never accept
Jesus Christ. Atheist in the Woods
An atheist was taking a walk through the woods. "What
majestic trees! What powerful rivers! What beautiful
animals!" he said to himself. As he was walking
alongside the river he heard a rustling in the
bushes behind him. He turned to look and saw a 7 foot
grizzly charge towards him. He ran as fast as he
could up the path. He looked over his shoulder
and saw that the bear was closing in on him. He looked
over his shoulder again, and the bear was even closer.
His heart was pumping frantically and he tried to run
even faster. He tripped and fell on the ground. He
rolled over to pick himself up but saw the bear right
on top of him, reaching for him with his left paw and
raising his right paw to strike him.
At that instant the Atheist cried out: "Oh my ....."
Time stopped. The bear froze. The forest was silent.
As a bright light shone upon the man, a voice came out
of the sky: "You deny my existence for all of these
years, teach others I don't exist, and even credit
creation to a cosmic accident. Do you expect me to help you out of
this predicament? Am I to count you as a believer?"
The atheist looked directly into the light, "It would
be hypocritical of me to suddenly ask You to treat ME
as a Christian now, but perhaps could you make the
BEAR a Christian?"
"Very well," said the voice.
The light went out. And the sounds of the forest resumed.
And then the bear dropped his right paw, brought both
paws together and bowed his head and spoke: "Lord,
Bless this food which I am about to receive and for
which I am truly thankful." It All Depends...

God's Wings, an article in National Geographic several years ago,
provided a penetrating picture of God's wings. After a forest fire in
Yellowstone National Park, forest rangers began their trek up a
mountain to assess the inferno's damage. One ranger found a bird
literally petrified in ashes, perched statuesquely on the ground at the
base of a tree.
Somewhat sickened by the eerie sight, he knocked over the bird
with a stick. When he gently struck it, three tiny chicks scurried
from under their dead mother's wings. The loving mother, keenly aware of
impending disaster, had carried her offspring to the base of the tree
and had gathered them under her wings, instinctively knowing that the
toxic smoke would rise. She could have flown to safety but had
refused to abandon her babies. Then the blaze had arrived and the heat
had scorched her small body, the mother had remained steadfast. Because
she had been willing to die, those under the cover of her wings would
live.
"He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will
find refuge." (Psalm 91:4)
